Every implementation includes: requirements gathering and discovery, system configuration, workflow setup, testing and QA, go-live support, and a full handoff session so your team can operate independently.

Absolutely. I can work fully independently or collaborate closely with your internal team. Many clients prefer a hybrid model where I lead the technical build while their team handles internal communication and rollout.
